How to Return an Item

  2. Provide your order number and reason for the return.

  3. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and provide instructions on how to ship your item back.

  4. Please pack the item securely to prevent damage during return shipping.

Refunds and Processing Time

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you about your refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 6 to 10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will be deducted from the refund if prepaid by FashionTech.
